1. Delivery area

We currently deliver to Australian addresses only. International shipping is not currently offered.

Please enter a complete address, including recipient name, street address, suburb, state and postcode.

2. Shipping cost

Standard shipping is A$6.99 per order, unless another shipping price is displayed during checkout. The price displayed before you submit your order applies to that order.

3. Processing and delivery estimates

Orders may require preparation and customisation before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the order and production requirements.

We do not promise a fixed delivery timeframe on this page. Any estimate displayed at checkout or communicated directly should be read with the conditions provided with that estimate.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we may provide tracking details or a shipping update. Tracking information is supplied by the relevant carrier and may take time to appear.

5. Address errors and delivery issues

Contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee a change will be possible after an order has been processed or dispatched.

If an order has not arrived, appears lost, arrives damaged or contains missing items, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and explain the next steps.

6. Consumer rights

We will address damaged, missing or incorrect items in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
