These terms apply to your use of Reviewfication.com.au and purchases made through the website. They operate subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

1. Products

Reviewfication offers NFC and QR cards intended to direct customers to online review pages. Product descriptions, images, available options and prices are shown on the website.

NFC functionality may depend on device compatibility, settings and internet access. QR codes require a suitable camera or reader and internet access to open an online destination.

2. Customisation

You are responsible for checking business names, Google review URLs and other customisation details before submitting an order.

You must have the right to provide any names, logos, images, URLs or other material you submit.

If information is incomplete or cannot reasonably be used, we may contact you for clarification. This may affect preparation time.

3. Orders

Submitting an order requests the products selected. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not limit rights available to you under law.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate outcome.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods offered at checkout and is subject to successful processing by the payment provider.

5. Production and Delivery

Cards may be prepared using the customisation information supplied with your order.

Delivery is currently offered within Australia only. Standard shipping is A$6.99 per order unless another charge is displayed during checkout.

Any delivery estimate is not a guaranteed date unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be practical after customised production has started or an order has been dispatched.

We do not offer automatic change-of-mind refunds for customised products. This does not exclude or restrict rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful material.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content and branding belong to Reviewfication or the relevant rights holder unless otherwise indicated.

You must not reproduce or commercially use protected material without permission where permission is required. You authorise us to use customisation material as reasonably necessary to fulfil your order.

9. Consumer Rights and Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not remove rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
